Manchester United should stick with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, says Mark Bosnich

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has to be given time to salvage Manchester Uniteds season, says former team-mate Mark Bosnich.
Manchester United are enduring their worst start to a season for 30 years and a third league defeat of the campaign against Newcastle on Sunday saw them fall to 12th in the Premier League, just two points above the relegation zone.
Solskjaer pleaded for inspiration following defeat at the weekend, even along with league leaders Liverpool their match after the break, live on Sky Sports Premier League.
Id stick. I am biased, so I must confess that, because I am an ex-team-mate of the or her Bosnich said.
He was not just a world-class participant but a world class person and I would stick with him. Each time things are going wrong you cant just change… are you going to have 10 managers in 3 years time?
If you look at the availability round the world it is not as if Jurgen Klopp or even Pep Guardiola are all free and accessible. Stick with [Solskjaer].
But, theres a chalk stage. I stated this before with Jose [Mourinho] – there is a jolt with everybody. In another 20 matches, that would be 28 games into this year, even if he is third from bottom theyre possibly left with no decision.
Bosnich, who made 23 appearances for United between 2001 and 1999, worries there is potential for additional decrease at Old Trafford with the club under their fourth permanent supervisor .
Marcus Rashford and summer signing Daniel James are the clubs best goalscorers so much this year, with three, also Bosnich says it had been amistake not to strengthen their attacking options, regardless of the departures of Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez.
No matter what the personal situation is it had been an error to allow Lukaku go without having a ready-made replacement come , especially at the stage of the season. The former goalkeeper stated.
We have seen precisely why. They need to have had a ready-made replacement to come in.
They didnt so now we just have to move on. Rashford, [Anthony] Martial and all of these have to locate their soul, locate their soul along with soul fightback.
Rashford published a message to state Uniteds results have not been good enough and also the clubs supporters deserve much better.
Theres no use simply turning up for training, doing your job, going to the game type of hiding, hoping you do not receive any criticism and picking up your salary, Bosnich explained.
That does not work in a club like Manchester United.
